CIA fund interested in French start-up Prophesee despite its Chinese backers
The technology developed by French computer vision start-up Prophesee, which is already receiving funding from Chinese investment company Sinovation Ventures, has now attracted interest in the United States. So much so that it is currently being looked at by the CIA's high tech investment arm, In-Q-Tel.
