French Intelligence service dodges compensation claim from former Indian informer
In the absence of a clear, all-purpose legal framework, the intelligence services increasingly find themselves having to fight their former paid informers in court. An Indian informer of the French internal intelligence service has just had his claim thrown out by the French Council of State.
