Beijing goes all-out to promote Norinco arms deals in Buenos Aires
As China and the US battle with each other on the Argentinian market, Beijing has opted for a dual diplomatic and commercial drive to ensure Norinco wins an order from Argentina for armoured vehicles. More generally, all China's big defence groups could soon set up production sites in Argentina to supply the whole of Latin America.
