Washington worried it will lose control of contractors in Baghdad
Called by Washington, Baghdad's decision to lift restrictions on visa deliveries should make life easier for the many contractors working in Iraq. But it could stop the US from keeping an eye on these private operators, now allowed to set up shop in Baghdad entirely on the own.
