Legal action over cancelled state tender for Ukrainian military training
The French government has been named as the "losing party" by a French administrative court in a disputed call for tenders for the training of Ukrainian soldiers by France. However, the call for tender in question had actually already been cancelled by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces prior to the court's ruling.
