Bidders compete for Ukrainian military training contract following turbulent tender process
Launched, cancelled, then revived, the French ministry of armed forces' tender for the training of Ukrainian soldiers closed more than six-months late. Some candidates feel the bid has been tailor-made for Défense Conseil International, now part of ADIT.
