SUBSECTION 1: SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS

A number of subscription options are available to allow you to read our publications with unlimited access, all year long.

a. PROFESSIONAL LICENCES: up to 50 readers

Multi-reader professional licences allow, via a single invoice, the management of collective subscriptions within the same legal entity. The number of readers allowed is specified in the invoice. These formulas apply sliding scale rates based on the number of readers and are intended for individuals employed in a unit where the collective use of our information is essential for the smooth running of their activities. Downloading individual articles in PDF format is permitted within the context of this subscription offer to simplify information sharing between readers listed in the Licence. Each license has an appointed Administrator who is in charge of managing the subscription taken out by the organisation. The Administrator is responsible for all requests for changes addressed to Indigo Publications (adding or taking out readers, etc.). For its part, Indigo Publications undertakes to interact only with the Administrator for all administrative matters (payment of invoices, renewal procedures, etc.).

Several identification procedures are available to adapt to the reading needs of each client:

  • Access via nominative email addresses (e.g., [email protected]) allows each registered reader to personalise his/her consultation of the publications and to set up online services according to his/her needs.
  • A connection via a collective email address (e.g., [email protected]) allows a group of readers belonging to the same department to access the publications simultaneously via a shared login. This means of identification is available for shared licences of 20 or more readers, with a limit of one collective email address per 20 users.

  • b. GLOBAL LICENCES: over 50 readers

For organisations wishing to register a wider or unlimited readership, Indigo Publications offers Global Licences to suit the profile and size of each client. This formula makes it possible to subscribe at a very advantageous rate either a whole entity (headquarters + local offices), entire headquarters, subsidiaries, or very large departments. This offer comes with several premium advantages: consolidated administrative oversight, possibility of combining the traditional identification methods (nominative or collective logins) or benefiting from other solutions such as IP and/or EZProxy identification, daily RSS feed, dowloading individual articles in PDF format and even full-length editions upon request…

    c. MEDIA AND UNIVERSITY LICENCE

For media outlets' editorial teams and university libraries, we offer a special subscription rate to allow our publication to be distributed widely within the establishment.
